‘Sea of Trees’ Gets Warmer Reception at Cannes Premiere
A day after premiering to a chorus of boos and laughter at its press screening, “Sea of Trees” earned a short and sweet standing ovation during his official premiere on Saturday evening in Cannes.
McConaughey, who plays an American who travels to Japan’s “suicide forest” after the death of his wife, did say earlier today during the presser that he “Anyone has any right to either boo or ovate,” but he and co-star Naomi Watts looked tense, especially McConaughey who is usually rather upbeat if not rowdy, when stepping onto the Palais’ red carpet. The actor, who sported a long beard and a shiny bordeaux suit, was nevertheless welcomed by hordes of fans and spent time signing autographs before taking a few poses with Watts and Van Sant, who was initially wearing sunglasses.

Among NASCAR drivers, Danica Patrick is one of the more active users of Twitter. Not only does she interact with her fellow drivers, she also engages with fans.
Patrick began a unique contest today (May 15) sponsored by Comcast Xfinity that should get those fans – and maybe even some of her fellow drivers – tweeting even more.

Video of me Burning a Aaron Hernandez autograph!
I was sorting through my old football TTM cards. I came across my Aaron Hernandez signed card. I acquired it about 2-3 years ago.
I got the idea to burn the autograph. It is not WORTH anything and has ZERO meaning to me. I used to be a Hernandez fan but now of course I am not anymore. It is a sad reminder of seeing talent wasted.
I did a poll over Twitter and asked Twitter what I should do. You all answered BURN IT! So that’s what I did. Check the video.
Jet-setter Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looks decidedly disinterested as she signs autographs for fans at LAX
She has got a busy schedule promoting her upcoming film, so perhaps it was not too surprising that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley did not have time to linger when she touched down in LA on Thursday.
The British supermodel was greeted by several fans when she arrived in Los Angeles after flying in from New York while on the promo tour for Mad Max: Fury Road.
