Fanboy Fail Friday! Ashton Kutcher Lives Up To His Reputation As Ashton Doucher! But Melanie Griffith Is Super Awesome! Autographs! Photos! And More!

Fanboy Fails… Let me just put this out there. No one, owes me or anyone else an autograph. It’s true, I feel like I need to add a disclaimer to posts. I don’t feel owed anything.

However, there are times when I feel like, a diss is worse than others. Case in point last night.

I went out for Ashton Kutcher… I know, I know… But I have a Dude, Where’s My Car mini poster, and I love that movie. Plus, I have a few magazines, and I like some of his work even though he’s not going to be nominated for an Oscar anytime soon.

I texted Pinky, and told her to come.. Her response… “Why on earth would you go for that asshat?” Damn… I know he’s dissed the Pinkster a few times.

But let me tell you… There were five fans here… Seriously… FIVE people. No dealers. Two people had 8×10 photos they bought on Hollywood Blvd. A couple people joined in later so there were maybe 8 people.

I didn’t know it was an early taping, Ashton Kutcher was on a talk show promoting JOBS.

Anyway, he was in by the time I got there. Fine. When he came out… We yelled for him. He looked over, had a conversation with some friends for a few minutes. He then looked at us, smirked and left. I honestly, didn’t think he was leaving the show. I mean, it was odd to not even get a wave. I waited a few minutes thinking he was getting something from his car.

And let me say, there were no dealers, only me and the seven other fans, who got a total diss.

It’s odd to me you can’t spare a fast 30 seconds (honestly, that’s how long it takes sometimes, I’ve timed it) to run over for the seven people waiting. Seriously. Everyone sort of looked around and were like… Did that really happen?

He lived up to his rep as Ashton Douche-r that’s for sure, but man I was still shocked by it.

In contrast Melanie Griffith was also on the show and she couldn’t have been nicer.

She came right over and engaged with the crowd, signed one each (I didn’t have anything but still) and was adorable.

I would also argue they are at the same level of relevance. lol… It’s funny cause it’s true.

It does baffle me, that someone who makes Millions of dollars for one episode of 2 1/2 Men is worried that someone is going to make 20 bucks off them by selling a photo. I mean seriously, if half the crowd is fans that’s still a lot of people who you made really happy. So, the other half might make 20 bucks. Who cares?
