Box Office Breakdown! The Dark Tower Scored Number One But Made Less Than 20 Million! Kidnap Crashed! Detroit Sank! And More!

As a reminder Suddenly Susan is out and about this week!

For one of the lowest box office weekends, a lot opened! The Dark Tower was number one, making around 19.5 million dollars. However, it was on the low end of expectations.

Continuing to perform well is Dunkirk which should make a splash this awards season.

The Emoji Movie was number three and so far has brought it just under 50 million bucks.

Girls Club continued to bank cash

Kidnap, starring Halle Berry was a modest performer with just over 10 million dollars.

Spider-Man almost crossed the 300 million mark!

Atomic Blonde dropped only banking 34 Million in two weeks.

Detroit, from Kathryn Bigelow underperformed even with a strong limited release opening.

War for the Planet of the Apes was number nine and falling.

Despicable Me 3 rounded out the top 10!
