Box Office Breakdown! Finding Dory Stays Number One! Independence Day Disappoints! The Shallows Takes A Bite! And More!
Finding Dory just kept swimming her way to number one again with $73.2 million.
Independence Day: Resurgence invaded the box office at number two, opening with $41.6 million.
Central Intelligence was still covert at number three with $18.3 million.
The Shallows took a bite out of ticket sales at number four, opening with $16.7 million.
Free State of Jones was rebellious at number five, opening with $7.7 million.
The Conjuring 2 needed some prayers at number six with $7.7 million.
Now You See Me 2 disappeared into number seven with $5.6 million.
X-Men Apocalypse needed a re-do at number eight with $2.4 million.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows went underground at number nine with $2.4 million.
Rounding out the top ten was Alice Through the Looking Glass with $2.1 million.
