The Hunger Games schooled Pixar with Mockingjay Part 2 taking the top spot and $51.6 for the Holiday weekend.

The Good Dinosaur wasn’t exactly extinct at number two with $39.1 million.

Creed got on the score card with $30.1 million.

Spectre was still living dangerously at number four with $12.8 million.

The Peanuts Movie did a happy dance at number five with $9.7 million.

The Night Before was on holiday at number six with $8.2 million.

The Secret in Their Eyes was less than revealing at number seven with $4.5 million.

Spotlight was on display in limited release at number eight with 4.4 million.

Brooklyn also made its mark in a limited release at number nine with $3.8 million.

Rounding out the top ten was The Martian with $3.3 million.
