Box Office Breakdown! The Boss Dethrones Batman V Superman For Number One!

Melissa McCarthy showed everyone who’s The Boss with her R rated comedy opening at number one with $23.48 million.

Holy close finishes!! Batman v Superman squeaked into second place with $23.43 million.

Zootopia was still animalistic at number three with $14.3 million.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 was annulled at number four with $6.4 million.

Hardcore Henry’s point of view was from number five, opening with $5 million.

Miracles from Heaven needed some prayers at number six with $4.8 million.

God’s Not Dead 2 was on life support at number seven with $4.3 million.

The Divergent Series: Allegiant was divided at number eight with $3.6 million.

10 Cloverfield Lane was hidden away at number nine with $3 million.

Rounding out the top ten was Eye in the Sky with $2.8 million.
