Transparent, the much talked about Amazon series that has seen it’s star diminish in the light of Jeffrey Tambor’s alleged on-set behavior, has been cancelled. The series upcoming fifth season will be its swan song.

Jeffrey Tambor will not appear in the new season, even though it was discussed that he could appear in flashbacks as his original character before he transitioned. However, that is not the case.

Creator Jill Soloway broke the news to The Hollywood Reporter.
