Hello pretty kitty!
Sorry had to be done. There’s one thing about Scotty, that if you haven’t figured it out yet, he loves different kinds of music. Loves it. And he loves sharing that music with others.
This week, for Super Short Sundays, Scotty is talking about the band Kitten and the lead singer Chloe Chaidez.
Check out his concert review below!
Super Short Sundays – Kitten Edition
June 29, 2014
This week’s Super Short Sunday will recap my experience meeting Kitten’s Chloe Chaidez. I first saw and became a fan when I saw Kitten open for Charli XCX back in 2012. Since then, I have also seen Kitten open for No Doubt that same year. I was excited to see that Kitten would be celebrating the release of the debut album with an in-store appearance at Amoeba Music in Hollywood. Usually Kitten’s set is high energy where Chloe owns the stage. This time, Chloe still owned the stage, but in a more subdued manner. This time the set was acoustic. Chloe showed off her talents with the guitar and her vocals. The setlist was as follows:
1) Like A Stranger
2) Apples and Cigarettes
3) I’ll Be Your Girl
4) Cut It Out
5) Crowded House Cover – Don’t Dream It’s Over
6) Kill The Light
After the wonderful set, Chloe stayed to sign autographs. I was able to get the new CD signed, Kitten’s setlist from when she opened for No Doubt signed, and a photo op. It was a great night of music. Thank you Chloe!
