Fanboy Fail Friday! The Stranger Things 2 Panel! Sweating In A Crowded Hallway! The Panel Bolts! But Meeting Teen Witch Star Robyn Lively!

It’s Fanboy Fail Friday and yet again… It’s the cast of Stranger Things!

I was invited to a screening for season 2 which was going to be followed by a q and a with a nice chunk of the cast.

The q and a included David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Sadie Sink, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Dacre Montgomery, Cara Buono, Joe Crest, Paul Reiser, Casting Director Carmen Cuba, and Executive Producer & Director Shawn Levy.

It was raining and they let us line up inside, the problem was… They shoved everyone in tight, moist quarters which made the temperate rise. Everyone was dying of heat exhaustion and the people running the event wouldn’t open the theater up so people could go in and relax.

The temperature was running upwards of 90 degrees and it was getting everyone very cranky.

What we didn’t know was that there was a line of about 100 people outside that got turned away.

When we finally got in, it was insane.

We watched a full episode and then the panel… Everyone was brought up in groups and then the entire cast joined in.

The panel was good, but it was very long and having the cast come up in groups was odd and made the whole panel disjointed.

Then, once the panel was over, everyone was rushed off stage. Mille Bobby Brown apologized and said, “They won’t let us stop.”

So bam! Fanboy Fail!

The only good thing was that in the audience was the amazing Robyn Lively. Of course, Robyn was Teen Witch was the 1980s and I love it!

So, that was a thrill and she was super sweet!
