Are Celebrity Autographs and Photo Ops Too Expensive?

How many here think that the price of photo ops and/or autographs from a favorite celebrity is really worth it? With the crowds at these events reaching astronomical levels due to the likely population explosion, it’s no wonder if it’s worth it to wait 2 to 3 hours in line to get a photo op with a sci-fi/comic book celebrity.

You could shorten your line wait by purchasing a VIP pass for big bucks to pay for something that also costs big bucks.

Remember autograph books?

Most feel that what is hand-written on the pages of your high school yearbook from so-called friends is nothing more than perfunctory comments that have little meaning. That is because your fellow classmates had to quickly think about what to write while you were standing there patiently waiting for their signature. Too good to be forgotten or hope your future is as bright as the next page (which, of course, is black) would work! But those that utilized a full page to write a book of their own for you, were your friends and what they had to say may surprise you especially if many years have passed since your haunted days of high school and your present memory is diminishing. Looking at those comments will not only bring back memories of youth but may offer a new identity that had been lost due to life’s ongoing struggles.

‘Cool dude’ Tim Tebow packs them in for game with Suns

Municipal Stadium seemed to lean to the left on Thursday.

It wasn’t a political statement. But if there was a vote, it would have been all for Tim Tebow.

The former Heisman Trophy winner turned aspiring baseball player patrolled left field for the Columbia Fireflies in their game against the Hagerstown Suns. He was the draw of the day.
