Fast Five Spinoff? Look Who’s Going To Get His Own Series After He’s Done Being Fast & Furious! And No.. It’s Not Paul Walker! Doh!

I suppose it was inevitable… I mean Fast and Furious which was what? FIVE in the series? Lord… It made a crapload of cash at the box office and there’s another movie on the horizon.

So, it makes sense that Universal wants to milk it’s cash cow for more… Well… Cash.

Apparently, because of his “Stellar” performance in Fast and Furious, The Rock, AKA Dwayne Johnson, has been eyed as getting his own spin-off series.

According to Coming Soon.net and pretty much the Rock himself…

“[It could arrive] possibly after this one or after the next one, possibly,” Johnson says. “I’m not quite too sure. I know that’s the goal and we continue to build that character and have him take shape. But yes, I can’t wait.”

Fast and Furious six arrives in theaters on May 24th

It stars Paul “acting legend” Walker, Vin “Oscar winner 2015” Diesel, and Jordana Brewster.
