Florence And The Machine’s Florence Welch Is On The Cover Of Nylon Magazine’s June 2011 Music Issue!

I cant even tell you how much I love Florence and the Machine! Front woman Florence Welch has a voice that… Is simply stunning… I mean it is indescribable live, and if you have not picked up a copy of her debut album Lungs, then you are truly missing out.


I know most people have probably heard the single “Dog Days Are Over” but if that’s all that you have heard, then let me tell you… A treat is in store for you!

Anyway, Florence Welch is on the cover of the Nylon magazine music issue, and she looks stunning! I do love those fiery red heads!

In the issue, Florence Welch talks about how songwriting is her way of dealing with her emotions because she is not good at communicating them otherwise.

Florence also mentions her first tour with MGMT: “We were desperate to do it, but obviously had no money. But my dad said he’d take us around in his camper van… so [the band] and my dad chugged around Europe for a month. We’d get to these tiny European towns and just look for the biggest thing there, which was always MGMT’s tour bus. That’s how we found the venue. They must have thought we were insane, turning up with pots and pans rattling, hanging out the window like “Hellooo.”
