It’s Renewal time!
Two series have been given the green light for more episodes.
Fox’s long running Dork-tacular comedy New Girl is coming back! The Zooey Deschanel series is going to be celebrating it’s 100th episode during the upcoming season. It’s been a steady performer for FOX and one of it’s comedy mainstays.
Over at FX, The Americans which is going to wrap up it’s third season on April 22nd, has been given the go ahead for a fourth season to air next year.
The Soviet spy drama stars Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys as a pair of Soviet spys in the 1980s.
According to The Wrap executive producers Joe Weisberg and Joel Fields said the following:
“It’s been a once in a lifetime opportunity to make a show like this with the immensely talented and immeasurably supportive team at FX and Fox 21 Television Studios. We are blessed with an extraordinary cast and crew and grateful that we’ll all be able to continue telling this story that we love so much.”
