It’s a Manic Monday indeed, and I feel like I should stand up and salute!

You see for this weeks recap Ms. Pinky has met none other than Major Dad himself, Gerard McRaney! I know a lot of people know Gerald from his work on Jericho and Simon and Simon as well. He’s done so much over the years. Plus, he married a Designing Woman! Ms. Delta Burke!

Hello, my lovelies. Pinky Lovejoy-Coogan here so excited about the long weekend (along with my favorite holiday ever – Pink Day). I hope you’re enjoying your extra time off (if you got it). A few weeks ago I had the rare treat of meeting Gerald McRaney. It’s always funny to me to see why people are excited about different stars. For example, Scotty was with me at the event and he was stoked to see Gerald because of his work in House of Cards, but I mainly remember him from Major Dad.

I used to love that show! He was great in the role of the stern disciplinarian with his open-minded wife. And I enjoyed his work on Simon & Simon, as well.

Over the years, I feel like I’ve heard more about Gerald’s marriage to Delta Burke more than his career, but from what I can see on IMDB, he’s been steadily working for a really long time. It was great to see him at the event and I was happily surprised he came over to take a picture with me. Thanks, Gerald!
