Whoa! Meeting Ted Himself! Neo! Aka Keanu Reeves! Signing Autographs! Running Around Buildings! Running To The Front! To The Back! To The Front Again! Sigh… San Dimas High School Football Rules!

Wow, I so wanted to stay home tonight. I just got back to LA LA Land and I’m still jet lagged but… I saw that there was a rare q and a for a new film called Generation Um starring Bill and Ted star Keanu Reeves.

I found out about this sort of last minute and I was going to actually go into the screening since I wanted to see the film but alas I found out too late.

Ace and Karalee are already on the scene and who knows. I had the good fortune to meet Keanu Reeves at this venue last year so… You never know right?

7:51 p.m. – I just arrived and parked and there are literally 30 people here. Holy crap. I didn’t expect this. Last time there were only four people.

8:01 p.m. – I’m trying to decide what to try and get signed. I have my Matrix mini poster already signed by the Wachowski’s but that’s signed in copper and I need Keanu Reeves to switch pens… Ugh.. Only me.

8:03 p.m. – Everyone is following everyone. I mean it’s actually comedic. I feel like I’m in Clue: the Movie. One person walks to the back and then the others follow and then we all stand there looking at each other. LOL…

8:09 p.m. – We are literally all following each other for no reason. It’s like I’m stuck in a Scooby Doo cartoon. The irony is that there are only two entrances. LOL.. Sigh…

8:18 p.m. – It’s freezing, I have my Bill and Ted Wyld Stallyns shirt on. I’m hoping to get a photo with him as well. Ah well see..

8:31 p.m. – It’s comedic what is happening here… It’s like the blind leading the blind. lol…

8:43 p.m. – Oh, there he is… Keanu Reeves is here and is coming down the parking structure. Everyone starts out in a sort of line but then it descends into chaos. Keanu Reeves doesn’t look too happy but is signing for people.

He is being specific and is really trying to only do one each. He was going to sign my poster and I asked him to sign my poster in copper which I always call silver for some reason.

Anyway, Keanu stopped and grabbed my pen and signed for me in copper which was really nice of him because I think I was the only one he did that for. I then moved out of the way so people behind me could get in.

And that was it. Karalee didn’t get her photo but Ace got his $10.00 laserdisc signed (yes, that’s how much he paid for the laserdisc). God love him.

We did stick around for a bit but on the way out Keanu said no but did sign for the two people who were not there or didn’t get him on the way in which included Ace’s brother.

While it wasn’t the easiest or most relaxed evening, Keanu Reeves once agin proved how nice he is to his fans by taking time out. It’s always very much appreciated!
