Manic Monday! Pinky Braves A THREE HOUR LINE To Meet Robert Wagner! Iconic Selfie Goodness!
I don’t think I’ve ever waited in a three hour line at a con to meet anyone! That’s what Ms. Pinky braved as she headed down to the Hollywood Show to meet Robert Wagner! Now, Ms. Pinky was smart and waited until the next day and ran over when the show started so she didn’t have to go through that, but man… God bless you guys for standing in that long long line!
Pinky had a great experience, so check it out below!
Hello, my lovelies. Pinky Lovejoy-Coogan here excited to have met another icon at the Hollywood Show last weekend. Aside from the Police Academy cast, by far the biggest draw at the show was Robert Wagner. On Saturday his line was three hours long! It just kept going and going and going. As we didn’t want to miss seeing him, I ended up waiting in line for him early on Sunday to be sure we had a chance to meet him. I’m so glad I did! Robert Wagner is a Hollywood legend and I especially loved his work in the Austin Powers films as Number Two.
He was hysterical! As I was waiting in line for our picture, Robert flashed me that winning smile and for a minute there I turned into mush. He’s still got it!
I loved how many people were referring to him as “RJ” – I didn’t realize it was such a common occurrence! It was great meeting him and the smile he has in our camera shot (as we took one with my phone and one with the camera) cracks me up! What an awesome experience.

Pinky, you are a manic one! Nice job. Love the photo.
Wow, what a line! Apparently Wonder Woman is still popular. You are a delight.
So nice! So cute! So Pinky. HA HA! Been a fan for a long time. Love reading your recaps.
Thanks Trish. I’m Pinky
Wow. Amazing…
Oh to have been there. I wish I could have gone, but my cancer is eating me up from the inside. Sad.
This is fine. I meet people all the time and I have to tell you, they are NOT like their onscreen personas. I have a connection with them, I have a one on one if you will.
But then again, I’m not desiring other things.
Just to clarify, Mikey, I didn’t wait in a three hour line. I said there WAS a three hour line on Saturday. I just waited a little bit on Sunday before people came and the line got long again (I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear). Also, I don’t know who is pretending to be me in these comments, but, I would never say I’m Pinky and I’m amazing. Thanks anyway for all the sweet comments!
