I am a huge fan of the original Evil Dead series. Ash frakkin rules… So, I was a tad dismayed that they were doing any kind of remake. Why? They don’t need to do it, it’s not necessary and it’s just going to piss people off…
Anyway, the new teaser poster is out and it’s pretty boastful. The fun of the first movie was that it was this small indie film, that ended up being awesome. This… Eh…
I just am so over remakes and I think I speak for the general masses… We’re all sick of remakes. Come on now. Let’s get it together people.

I’m skeptical. The “campiness” of the original is part of the charm. The incredibly modest budget. Nowadays everything is computerized and enhanced. It might take away from the fun. You know how I feel about remakes, lol. I’m bored with them as well.
