Sexy Nikita Star Maggie Q Is Amazing To Fans While Iron Man Robert Downey Jr…. Not So Much…

I’m heading out today, and I feel like Los Angeles traffic is telling me to stay home. I mean there was a carnival, a stalled car, people trying to make right hand turns in the middle lane… It was just a cluster… I half expect a traveling minstrel show to start surrounding my car… Sigh…

All this… For Robert Downey Jr. Lol… I know, I know… Now, the rub is, Robert is a tough one to get now. He really is. Every since Iron Man hit it big, that’s when he started getting more and more difficult. At the Due Date premiere, he signed but didn’t do much, and then said, “I’m done” before he got even close to my section. Erica has the video.

With this in mind, I’m not too hopeful, but you know what… Maggie Q, who I enjoy from Nikita, is also on the show so I can kind of hedge my bets… Iron Man/Nikita… Nikita/Iron Man… lol…

5:13 p.m. – I just arrived and yes I’m pretty late. Erica saved me a spot but honestly we’re four from the end. There are about 40 people in front of us…

5:15 p.m. – Security actually set up the barricades so that everyone was single file… Like literally single file, so everyone here is confidant Robert Downey Jr. will do it… Me… Eh… Not so much… The old Robert Downey Jr… Sure… This newer Robert… Doubtful.

5:23 p.m. – I also have my Nikita poster I got at Comic Con for Maggie Q. I keep hearing how nice she is, so hopefully she will feel generous and sign for all of us.

5:41 p.m. – Robert arrived before I did and waved, but didn’t come over. Still with the security setting up the barricade this way… Everyone is really hopeful…

6:01 p.m. – It’s a nice night and Erica and I are catching up. I haven’t seen her since she flew in this time. Also, The Pinkster was here but she was like, Oh hell no, this isn’t going to happen and took off…

6:11 p.m. – There are these red balloon bunches in the sky that are floating away… They remind me of Pixar’s Up! LOL…

6:19 p.m. – Everyone is so optimistic about Robert. I’m a little shocked by that. I’ve met Robert twice. Once was right as Iron Man came out and he was so humble and kind. Even thanking me and telling me that it’s because of fans like me that made the movie number one… Then I met him at an “Official” signing at comic con for Sherlock Holmes. He was again really nice… Then… Well… A string of disses… lol… Ah well… What can you do right?

6:34 p.m. – Oh, something is happening… It’s Maggie Q! Everyone is yelling for her, and…

Wow, she’s coming over!

The security is yelling at everyone and telling them that she is not doing photos and only signing one thing each… Hey, that’s fine with me. I think it’s pretty awesome she is signing for all these people!

6:35 p.m. – Maggie is signing her life away and honestly making great time, lol…

She is about to sign my poster when I ask her to switch to silver. She was like, “Sure!” and then says, “You are so right, this looks so much better!” lol… Like, super nice!

6:38 p.m. – Okay, Maggie Q signed this entire line in 2 minutes…. 2 Minutes… Like, there’s no reason someone can spare that when they are promoting a project…Cough… Cough… Jim Parsons…

6:49 p.m. – Two minutes…

6:56 p.m. – Well… It could be anytime now. I’m not even going to list all the crap I have for Robert Downey Jr.! lol… Sigh…

7:03 p.m. – It’s a pretty nice night… Thankfully, it’s not a wind tunnel like it was last night…

7:15 p.m. – Oh… Oh… Something is happening… Yep, it’s Robert and he’s making a mad dash to the exit. I mean like, I blinked and he was gone. Barely a flick of a wave.

Damn… Sigh… And that as we say is that… Like… wow… I didn’t expect much honestly, but I figured it was worth a shot. Sigh… Ah well… Kind of bummed because it honestly looked like they were setting it up for him to sign, and then to get kind of blown off sucks. For the second time… lol… In a row… I really miss the old Robert Downey Jr. What can you do right?
