The 2016 Critics Choice Award Nominees! Mad Max! The Revenant! Mr. Robot! Penny Dreadful! The Martian! And More!

The Critics Choice Awards just released their nominees for this year and Mad Max: Fury Road got the most nominations of the bunch. It helped that it was also nominated in the action/sci-fi categories as well. The Critics Choice Awards are a pretty good indicator of what can happen at the Oscars.

critic's Choice awards
The films that got snubbed for a best picture nomination are Creed, Steve Jobs, The Hateful Eight, The Danish Girl and Beasts of No Nation even though most got nominations in other categories.

In Television, it’s nice to see Penny Dreadful get some love as well as Mr. Robot.
