The Good Doctor Paleyfest Panel! Freddie Highmore! Daniel Dae Kim! Nicholas Gonzalez! Richard Schiff! And More!

The Good Doctor is one of the best shows on television and one of the most successful shows of the season.

Starring Bates Motel alum Freddie Highmore, The Good Doctor combines wit, heart and humor and I for one am a huge fan of the show.

This year’s Paleyfest featured a night with The Good Doctor where we saw the season finale and a panel with Freddie Highmore, Nicholas Gonzalez, Antonia Thomas, Hill Harper, Richard Schiff, Tamlyn Tomita, David Shore and Daniel Dae Kim.

The panel was really good. Freddie Highmore talked about making sure that the character of Dr. Shaun Murphy was done in the right way and how hard is was.

Hill Harper said that it was difficult at times to have a scene partner that wasn’t making eye contact but that was part of what helped his characters frustration as well.

It was clear how much everyone on the series, loves being a part of it. Daniel Dae Kim joked that he was in the series and cut out.

After the panel the rush… or in this case the leisurely walk up to the stage commenced.

I had a The Good Doctor poster for the cast as well as a Bates Motel promo journal.

Freddie Highmore signed both for me.

Daniel Dae Kim came over and he signed my Lost poster as well as my The Good Doctor poster.

The rest of the cast with the exception of Antonia Thomas was super nice. She bolted fairly quick and we didn’t get her which was a real bummer because I love her character on the series.

All in all, in was a wonderful evening!
