Oh what a day, I promised myself no fanboying before comic con 2012 and well… I broke my promise because I’m a bad person… No just kidding, lol… I’m pretty good if I do say so myself… And… Well… I do! LOL… I’m in an odd mood… I ‘m sorry, I’m literally quite full of Baja Fresh salsa as I write this.
Today is a triple whammy for me, First off Paul Reubens AKA Pee Wee Herman is doing a talk show appearance as well as Dreama Walker from Don’t Trust the B- In Apt. 23 plus the awesomeness of Marina and the Diamonds! So you see, I had to break my promise to myself!
7:34 p.m. – I just arrived and there are about 25 people here. I’m honestly not insane like Scotty who got here at 2:00 p.m. I know, it’s crazy
7:39 p.m. – After saying hello to Scotty, Chris, Pinky, Billy Beer, and yes I did acknowledge CB’s existence I took my place in the back of the line. I’m a little shocked there are so many people here, but you know I shouldn’t be. Nothing ever shocks me anymore! Even though in all honestly it does.
7:41 p.m. – I just realized what I typed above makes zero sense, not I can leave it or delete it… Fuck it, I’m just keeping it. It’s keeping it real people! Keeping it real! D-Town!
7:56 p.m. – Had a few phone calls, played some fruit ninja, feeling pretty damn good. Sliced that fruit like a mutha fucking pro! I’m in an odd mood, I’m really sorry, I have not gone insane… Truly, I’ve not gone crazy!
7:59 p.m. – I brought my Pee Wee’s Big Adventure and Buffy the Vampire Slayer mini posters for Paul Reubens and I didn’t bring anything for Dreama Walker even though I like Don’t Trust The B- In Apt 23! For Marina I have a promo mini poster I got at a record store here in LA. I got a few but I gave Scotty two because he’s a giant fan and they are double sided.
8:01 p.m. – Oh, there’s Dreama Walker! Everyone yells for her and she comes right on over, and there’s Paul Reubens as well! He just looks over though and walks off! Dammit!
8:04 p.m. – I try and run around and get to his car but it’s too late… Shit!
8:06 p.m. – I’m back at the end of the line and just in time to meet Dreama Walker! She is honestly super nice and taking photos and signing.
Since I don’t have anything to sign I got a photo with her even though I look like crap. Here’s the thing, I’m tall and it’s hard to get a good photo because people who are shorter than me take photos pointing up which makes me look like a giant with seven double chins. It’s no ones fault, It’s just the way I was born. Can I help it? Nope? So, what can you do right? Sigh, I need to learn how to photo shop… lol…
8:07 p.m. – Dreama Walker goes all the way down the line and makes sure everyone gets one thing signed and does a photo when asked and is so nice!
I mean really sweet! Thanks Dreama!
8:14 p.m. – A lot of people have left so now the line is all filtered everywhere. Scotty, Pinky and the crew are waving me up with them, and I’m like… I shouldn’t, but then I’m like, screw this channel 5 (sorry in joke) I’ll join them so we can hang.
8:19 p.m. – Pinky just whipped out her boob, nip and all and Chris almost bit it.
8:20 p.m. – I want to go on and on about the boob and nip but you know… When I wrote that down, I just feel like it stands on it’s own, a statement like Pinky just whipped out her boob, nip and all and Chris almost bit it really doesn’t need embellishment does it?
8:25 p.m. – Marina, who’s real name is Marina Lambrini Diamandis… say that ten time fast… Is an amazing Welsh singer. If you haven’t checked out her new album please do so! You will not be disappointed!
8:29 p.m. – Scotty keeps going, “someone’s leaving, someone’s leaving!” Then CB chimes in! That was her! That was her! And Scotty’s like, “CB that was a man.” Sigh… And you guys thought you were done with CB stories… I know you were hoping… But..
8:34 p.m. – People do keep leaving but not Marina!
8:41 p.m. – Oh, and there she is! Everyone is yelling for her and Marina comes right on over! Scotty has his two posters out and has his trusty blue pen in hand.
Scotty tells Marina he’s been here since 2, and while even she thought he was nuts, she was happy to sign both of his posters and do a photo as well.
Then Chris got a photo and Marina signed my poster and I also got a photo. I mean, Marina was so grateful and sweet, plus she looked HOT!
Pinky hasn’t sent me my photo yet so God willing it turned out… Sigh…
All in all not a bad night! I’m a tad bummed Paul Reubens dissed everyone, but they can’t all be winners! Very happy to have met Marina and Dreama! I’m off to Comic Con in two days kids! Wish me luck!

I admit Paul Reubins is not that cool. BUT it’s always nice that you at least have a 1 in 3 chance of getting someone.
Wish I was there to see Pinky’s nip slip! LOL!
