Don’t believe everything you read on the Internet! 2011 and 2012 were the high-tide of TTM successes to The Walking Dead studios in Georgia. 2014/2015 brought out an urban legend that Raleigh Studios were no longer accepting fan mail. While some letters, like always, remain unanswered or unsigned, it appears to be on a per actor basis. One actor who is still signing is Michael Cudlitz who plays Abraham Ford on the show.
