Vikings Are Getting Ready To Raid Comic Con! Panels! Offsite Events! The Bludgeon Booth! And A Real Vikings Ship? Say Wha?

Vikings set sail for SDCC!

Our favorite Vikings are getting to raid San Diego Comic Con, and judging by the news that Deadline is reporting there is going to be a ton of stuff relating to the hit History Channel series at the con.

First off July 10 will give us the official panel with stars Travis Fimmel, Katheryn Winnick, Clive Standen, creator Michael Hirst and Alexander Ludwig.

There will also be, for the first time a booth on the SDCC convention floor.

“At Booth #437, fans will get the chance to enter Valhalla with The Bludgeon Booth. It’s an Instagram booth made of glass and wood that will be equipped with slow-mo cameras where fans can dress in authentic costumes, choose an opponent and pretend to unleash medieval wrath with clips from the show.”

There are going to be downtown fan events and drinking horn giveaways. And… wait for it… an actual Vikings ship sailing in the harbor.

I don’t know who I need to kill or sleep with to get me on that boat but I’m not above (or below) anything. 🙂
