Angelina Jolie! Steve Martin! Angela Lansbury! Are This Years First Oscar Winners For Lifetime Achievement!

Angelina Jolie, Angela Lansbury, Steve Martin and costume designer Piero Tosi are the year’s first Oscar winners!

Angelina AKA my future wife, will be receiving the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award which according to Entertainment Weekly is given “to an individual in the motion picture industry whose humanitarian efforts have brought credit to the industry.”

Clearly, Angelina fits into that category, with how much breast cancer awareness she brought this year alone, this is so well deserved.

Angela Lansbury and Steve Martin are being given the award for their screen work. Martin has never been nominated for an Oscar and Angela Lansbury was nominated three times for supporting roles but has never won.

These awards are given for “extraordinary distinction in lifetime achievement.” and will be given out November 16th at Hollywood and Highland next door to the Dolby Theater.
