Straight outta Susan’s prediction, the Boyz from Compton were number one again with $13.2 million.
War Room battled for the number two spot with $11 million. On a side note, am I the only person who only just heard of this movie?
Mission Impossible Rogue Nation accepted the number three spot with $8.3 million.
No Escape didn’t have many visitors at number four with $8.2 million.
Sinister 2 was less than evil at number five with $4.6 million.
The Man from U.N.C.L.E. was relatively bland at number six with $4.4 million.

The Gift was presented at number eight with $3.13 million.
Jurassic World, thought to be extinct, climbed back on the charts at number nine with $3.12 million.
Rounding out the top ten was Ant-Man with $3.0 million.
A special total bomb note – even Zac Efron’s hotness couldn’t save We Are Your Friends, which opened at number thirteen with $1.8 million.

Next week is tough because there’s virtually nothing worth mentioning. There’s Transporter Refueled, but without Jason Statham, I doubt that film will see big numbers. A Walk In the Woods and Before We Go won’t be doing much either, so I’m calling Straight Outta Compton for a fourth week in a row. Tune in to see if I’m right.
Until then, happy movie going!
