Box Office Breakdown! Jumanji Levels Up To Number One! Frozen II Thaws To Second Place! Richard Jewell Stumbles! Black Christmas Busts and More!

Jumanji: The Next Level got the high score, opening at number one with $60.1 million.

Hollywood, CA – December 9, 2019: Dwayne Johnson and Jack Black at the World Premiere of Columbia Pictures’ JUMANJI: THE NEXT LEVEL at the TLC Chinese Theater.

Frozen II was still hot in second place with $19.1 million.

 

Knives Out cut deep at number three with $9.2 million.

 

Richard Jewell was suspected, opening at number four with $5 million.

 

Black Christmas wasn’t too jolly, opening at number five with $4.4 million.

 

Ford v Ferrari spun out down to number six with $4.1 million.


Queen & Slim was on the run at number seven with $3.6 million.

 

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood was friendly at number eight with $3.3 million.

 

Dark Waters was contaminated at number nine with $2 million.

 

Rounding out the top ten was 21 Bridges with $1.1 million.
