A Star is Born was discovered, opening at number two with $41.2 million.

 

Smallfoot took some steps to number three with $14.9 million.

 

Night School was in session at number four with $12.2 million.

 

The House With A Clock In Its Walls was punctual at number five with $7.2 million.

 

A Simple Favor was complicated at number six with $3.4 million.

 

The Nun was given penance at number seven with $2.6 million.

Hell Fest was condemned at number eight with $2.07 million.

 

Crazy Rich Asians went for broke at number nine with $2.06 million.

 

Rounding out the top ten was The Predator with $900 thousand.
