Cancellations! HBO’s Girls Set To End After Season Six! The Hit Series Returns For Season Five On Feb 21!

While not a cancellation per se, HBO has announced that it’s hit series Girls will end after season six. The series is about to start it’s fifth season in the spring.

Girls creator Lena Dunham has said that she wanted the series to last six seasons, and apparently she’s getting her wish. In season six each of the girls of Girls would turn 30.

Also starring Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet and Adam Driver, Girls has been a signature series for HBO.

The fifth season returns on Feb. 21 at 10:00 p.m. E.T.
