CB Checks Out The Hunger Games Book Signing! And Meets Liam Hemsworth! Alexander Ludwig! Amandla Stenberg! Autographs from Gale! Cato! and Rue!

Dude, the Hunger Games… One of my most anticipated movies of the year, and judging by the box office this past weekend a lot of people shared my enthusiasm!

CB was fortunate enough to attend the book signing they held at the Barnes and Noble that featured three cast members. Liam Hemsworth, Alexander Ludwig, and Amandla Stenberg. Yep, Gale, Cato and Rue all in one place…

And guys get this! CB wants to give away the extra poster he got at the signing! Of course I wanted it and asked for it, but he said he would rather give it away… Grumble… LOL…

Deh-shay, bah-sah-rah, Deh-shay bah-sah-rah! Is everyone hungry for some Hunger Games?

I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Barnes and Noble V.I.P. Book signing featuring cast members from the new movie. Liam Hemsworth, Alexander Ludwig and Amandla Stenberg!  We have Gale, Cato and Rue are in the building! I will admit, I have never read the books, but Erica, Mike and Scotty are raving about wanting to see the movie, so getting to see it before them was quite a treat.  As I said earlier, I was very fortunate to attend the book signing without having to buy the NOOK and i got something in store for my peeps. KARMA my peeps, KARMA! Shall we begin?

The signing starts and 6:00 and I arrive at 6:05. Yes, I am super late to a signing people have been waiting several hours for, but I was still able to make it. I arrive, get my wristband and wait in line for us to be “reaped”. 

I think i waited twenty minutes and then I got to the front and they are saying, “no pictures at the table, take them here”.

I manage to take the best pics I can.

I then notice we were allowed to get the poster AND another item signed. I only had my poster(which was given to me in line) and quickly ask if I could get another poster. The worker gets me a poster quickly and I’m taken to the table. I tell Alexander I loved the movie and he thanks me.

I go to Liam telling him the movie was great and he’s a really nice person. I tell him I can’t wait to see Expendables 2 and he cracks a smile. Amandla is the last one at the table and enjoys hearing what fans have to say. I get my two posters signed and  leave a happy person.

Now, what am I going to do with this extra poster? I know Mike really wanted it, but i told him Its for my peeps! The last contest the CB held had over 173 comments and over 500 Likes, I want to see if we can beat that! So if you guys want this Hunger Games poster signed by Gale, Cato and Rue, let us know by liking the article and posting MORE comments than the SOA contest! Option two is if we get over 850 people to like Mikethefanboy on Facebook, I’ll include some of the swag I got from the party.  The contest will be open to everyone anywhere, why, because Mike is paying for IT!
