Renewals! CBS Give Criminal Minds A 12th Season! Supergirl Still In Limbo! Could It Move To The CW?

It looks like CBS is staying in the Criminal Minds business!

The veteran series will come back for a remarkable 12th season next fall.

While the series was not on the list of returning shows given early renewals, it was due to the cost of producing a long running series.
This leaves CSI:Cyber as the only returning series not yet renewed by CBS, Freshmen series Supergirl, Limitless and Code Black are still on the bubble.

Supergirl is eyeing a movie to Vancouver to reduce costs which are roughly at 3 million dollars per episode at this point. There are also talks that Supergirl could move to The CW or even rumblings that it could go to another service like Hulu.

We’ll just have to wait and see.
