Damien Is Coming! Protestors Hit The Streets To Promote The New A&E Series!
Yesterday, the series premiere of Damien hit the airwaves and protestors also hit the streets to prevent the marked child from taking his place in the world.
You might have heard me talk about Damien during the madness of Comic Con last year, the series looks amazing!
From The Walking Dead’s Glen Mazzara, Damien follows the adult life of Damien Thorn (Bradley James), the mysterious child from the 1976 film The Omen. In the series, Damien has grown up and is seemingly unaware of the satanic forces around him. Haunted by his past, he must now come to terms with his true destiny — that he is the Antichrist. The series premieres Monday, March 7, at 10pm ET on A&E.
A series of faux-religious protests in NYC’s most “hellish locations,” including Times Square, Penn Station, Port Authority, and the Manhattan DMV. Street teams promoting the horror series handed out stickers, pins and pamphlets, and held signs with messages like Don’t let them drive you to Hell, sell your soul for a short line” outside the Manhattan DMV.
