This week I am combing my Super Short Sunday with “Super Star” Saturday. This music artist has been part of more than one successful band with hits that are part of any awesome 80’s compilation. I am speaking of Dave Wakeling from The Beat, General Public, and English Beat. I have seen Dave out and about before, but did not have my album on me. I was not going to miss the chance to have him sign this time around. Dave was as kind as ever. He signed and took pictures with the few of us that were lucky to speak with him. Thank you, Dave for being so good to your fans. You are a “super star” in my book!
