First Look! Alicia Vikander As Laura Croft In The Tomb Raider Reboot!

Alicia Vikander has taken up Angelina Jolie’s mantle and is becoming Laura Croft in Tomb Raider.

The film opens in 2018 but we already have our first look at Alicia Vikander as the video game vixen. I can’t wait to see what Alicia Vikander does with the role. I think she’s awesome and judging by this first looks… It’s got the idea down.

Suddenly, the stakes couldn’t be higher for Lara, who—against the odds and armed with only her sharp mind, blind faith and inherently stubborn spirit—must learn to push herself beyond her limits as she journeys into the unknown. If she survives this perilous adventure, it could be the making of her, earning her the name tomb raider.

Tomb Raider opens March 16, 2018.
