Pretty In Pinky Talks About Loving Stranger Things! And How Awesome Gaten Matarazzo Is To His Fans! Love IT!

Hello, my lovelies. Pinky Lovejoy-Coogan here wondering if you’ve watched Stranger Things on Netflix yet? Because if you haven’t, please stop whatever you’re doing and watch it immediately. It’s amazing.

We’re so in love with this new ‘80s inspired series – it’s definitely one of our favorite shows. Not only is the writing incredible, but the casting is spot on – especially with my #1 favorite character on the show, Dustin Henderson, who’s played by the adorable Gaten Matarazzo.

I recently began following him on Instagram and discovered that he’s even more incredible in real life. The other day he posted a picture with a fan and underneath the picture he wrote, “I’m starting a new thing. Every fan that stops me and asks me to take a picture with them, I will ask them to take a picture with me because they mean as much to me as I mean to them….”

Um, HELLO!!! I was blown away by that! Granted, he’s only 13 and his fame is totally on the rise. I’m not sure he’ll be able to keep up with the requests as he gets asked more and more, but I really hope he does. I love his enthusiasm and the genuine love for his fans that he has. Sure, he’s just starting out, but it’s such a breath of fresh air to see a celebrity who actually embraces the love and doesn’t take it for granted or tries to avoid any fan encounters. Well done, Gaten. I applaud you and sincerely hope that I can be in one of your fan photos one day. Looking forward to it!
