Kylie Minogue! Billy Beer Meets Aphrodite Herself Along With Katie Cassidy From Arrow! Autographs! Photos! Pop Goddess!

I have to tell you how jealous I am of Mr. Billy Beer right now. Not only did he get to meet the amazing, the stunning, the delectable Ms. Kylie Minogue, but… Well, that’s it really. Swoon…

Welcome back to Billy Beer’s Barstool. I’m not sure what the bar capacity is, but the bar was full today! So much so, I have to separate this fanboy adventure into 2 parts. Ever have one of those days where you think you have everything planned out, and then all of a sudden everything changes. Well, that doesn’t even begin to describe what happened on this Fanboy adventure. As a lot of you know, when I have days off, I try to fit as many things as I can in one day. Today we’re were off to see Katie Cassidy from Arrow, and Kylie Minogue in the morning, then Jeff Bridges in the afternoon, followed by Christina Applegate at night, and a nightcap with Mindy Kaling and maybe even Robert Zemeckis. Sounds like a lot, but little did I know!!!! This is the first part of my adventure.

Everything started off as planned. I go to a show where Katie Cassidy is supposed to be on followed by Kylie Minogue. Katie is the first to arrive. Katie has bounced around a number of TV shows the past few years. I think she really found a winner with Arrow. I love the show, and I heard it just got picked up for a second season. So it’s time to get her before she gets too big. While being interviewed she talks a lot about the show. When she’s done she steps down and goes and gets her microphone taken off. Now this is what shocks me, the people with the show actually help us and tell us where to stand to get an autograph, and she didn’t disappoint.

She personalized our pictures and posed with us. One down, one to go.

Next is Kylie Minogue.

(Editor’s Note: Kylie should always be referred to as “The Goddess Kylie Minogue” or perhaps Aphrodite… On occasion you can even just use the expression “wo-wo-Wo-WOW!” M-)

Now, I’ve the heard the legend of Kylie’s booty, I didn’t really know if it could survive the test of time, but OMG! Kylie comes out in a total denim outfit. A very snug out fit! This girl has still got it! She knows she has it! And she isn’t afraid to let you know she still has it. And she does it without even saying a word. I’m in awe of her as she talks with Mario. They even bust out into a little Locomotion!

This time C.B. and I stand where they told us to stand for Katie. With Kylie, there’s a few more people to worry about. One, she has a huge fan base, and two, she has a few bodyguards.

When she comes off the stage, it didn’t look good. The bodyguards were kind of blocking her. C.B. calls out to her, and she quickly comes over, grabs my pen and signs about 5-6 things. No time to even ask for a picture, but I didn’t mind. After the first auto, I was already getting pushed into the barricade. I thought it was going to fall over. She walks away and is followed by a crowd of people. I just stay where I am because I didn’t want to get crushed.

What a great start to a crazy day! Time to hit up those lunchtime drink specials! Get ready for the craziness of part 2!
