XXX Will Gets A “Sweet Fantasy Baby” After He’s Able To Meet Pop Songstress Mariah Carey! Photo Opp Awesomeness!

If you remember XXX Will got a Photo Flop with pop superstar Mariah Carey not too long ago. However, he more than made up for it. He was able to meet Mariah later on and got a really nice photo with her. Rock on!

Mariah Carey, who has sold more than 200 million albums to become the best-selling female artist of all time. She has won five Grammys, 21 American Music Awards and was selected as Billboard’s Artist of the Decade for the 1990s. She has had 18 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hits next to The Beatles.
 
I’ve been a fan of Mariah ever since I was in middle school. “Daydream”, and “Butterfly” are a couple of my favorite albums. Her new album “#1 to Infinity” came out a couple months and she has a residency show in Las Vegas.
 
Mariah Carey received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last week in front of hundreds of cheering fans. She was selected in 2007 to receive a star but took her 8 years to finally get it. 
 
I’ve tried to meet her once and was unsuccessful. She is very tough to get a photo with. I figured this would be good opportunity to meet my favorite female singer of all time.
 
   
 
Music producer and record executive L.A. Reid was the guest speaker for the ceremony.

After her press interviews and photo ops. She comes right over!
 
She starts at one end to the other signing about one each and a photo here and there. I start to get nervous right before she is in front of me and I was this close to her.
 
   
 
People were pushing from behind and it got a little hectic. I reach out my camera in front of her and she quickly posed with me right before I snapped the pic, she looked away. Darn!
 
I thought all hope was lost.. I was heartbroken that my photo didn’t turned out..
 
But I wasn’t going to give up.
 
I received a tip that she was going to have a reception party right after at a hotel somewhere. So I booked it and got over there as soon as I could right before she gets there.
 
   
 
So I get to the hotel and black SUVs were parked right outside but she was not there yet.
 
I went inside and waited right by the entrance to the party and about 30 minutes later, I see her assistants and bodyguards and then here she comes! I yelled for her and she told me and 3 other fans that she would do it on the way out.
 
After that encounter, my hope was restored and I felt relieved. So I waited patiently for an hour or two, grabbed a drink at the bar and just hung around.
 
Few hours have passed and then doors opened and out she comes and goes straight right to me!
 
   
 
She poses right next to me smiling and all and I got a really nice photo with her! I told her thank you so much for stopping and taking a picture with me. She said “Your welcome, hun” and she went on her way.
 
I felt like a overly excited tween at a One Direction concert haha. I haven’t had this feeling since meeting my other favorite Katy Perry.
 
It was a long day but was worth it in the end.. Until next time!
