Meeting Ryan Kwanten! The True Blood Star Is Super Nice To Waiting Fans! Autographs! Jason Stackhouse Goodness!

It’s been a slow slow fanboy month, that’s for sure. Plus, with sickness going on everywhere, it’s been a little more than frustrating. Still, when I heard that Jason Stackhouse AKA Ryan Kwanten was going to be doing a rare talk show appearance I was like… I have to go!

Ryan is one of the toughest True Blood cast members to get and I seem to have a Stack-house of things for him to sign. See what I did there? Had to be done. I’ve been a fan of True Blood for years and I’m so sad to see the show head into it’s final season.

I knew Scotty was heading down, but I didn’t expect to see Awesome Anushika, Billy Beer (back from hibernation), DVD Dave, and The Other Mike here! Nice!

Everyone is in great spirits and Anushika looked so cute!

Scotty had his True Blood poster and YRB magazine. I have a stack of things, Details magazine, a mini poster… Oh the memorabilia I have.

DVD Dave wants everything signed in red and The Other Mike is trying to snake the pen from his pocket. LOL.

After a few minutes of Bull shitting and catching up, we saw Ryan Kwanten arriving. He had a grey pullover and swaggered on in.

His interview was fun and the host of the show apparently makes a cameo in his new movie. He also talked about True Blood and how this season he gets more screen time than ever before. Nice!

After the interview Ryan came right on over to the fans, even though it was sort of difficult to get him to sign something.

He sort of jumped around a lot. He did sign my Details magazine which I was happy about and then he kept bouncing back and forth.

Poor Anushika kept missing him. Finally I had my True Blood mini poster out and asked him to sign it. And it got his attention. Then I got out of the way and let Anushika get her cast photo signed. She finally did and got a quick photo. Awesome! I’m glad when everyone gets something.

Jason was really nice and spent time taking photos with all the fans down the line.

I’ve never seen him be this cool. At the last couple True Blood premiere’s Ryan didn’t even come over and last year he flat out ignored everyone so it was nice to see him be so awesome.

Such a fun afternoon and I’m so glad I headed out!
