The scene when Harry went to go meet Voldemort and had a chance to see his parents and Sirius and Lupin in the forest. It was such an emotional scene that had to be my favorite.

My favorite part was where Emma Watson was crying in the corridor after Ron snubbed her with his girlfriend and Harry sits down beside her and tries to comfort her.
I also found the scene where Bellatrix carves ‘Mudblood’ into Emma’s arm disturbing, but also amazing acting on Emma’s part with how real her emotions were.
Funny you should mention Maggie Smith, because she’s absolutely my favorite too. And my favorite moment from HP is with her.. I tell you, I cried like a baby when she said if.. Here it comes:
The scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: part 2, where Harry and McGonagall stand in the yard (I think), she’s asking him why he’s here and what they can do for him. He tells her to get him time, and she promises to give it to him. She awakes the statues with this line: “Hogwarts is threatened! Man the boundaries. Protect us!” Oh you can just hear the leader in those words. She tells Harry that it’s good to see him (imagine my tears!) and he says it’s good to see her too.. Oh I just loved every second of that scene. Well, every scene with Maggie is awesome.. So there you go, that’s my favorite scene from the HP-saga.

Oh wow, so many good scenes to choose from! But I think my most favorite would be the scene in the last one, when everyone believes Harry is dead, and Neville stands up to Voldemort and the Death Eaters!!

I loved the way they play quidditch
I’ve only seen the first Harry Potter movie and I love the scene in the train station when Harry first heads to the school.
I think Diagon Alley – it is very much like how I pictured it in my head reading the books (it is hard to do that in a movie I think, get it how the readers picture it) I also love how they got all the little details – I loved the movies, they were ALMOST as good as the books – again very hard to do from this book loves stand point!
I really liked the part where Harry and Hermoine are dancing in the tent. totally moving.
