Mike The Fanboy Flashback! Meeting Fright Night Star Sexy Colin Farrell! Autographs! Photos! And More!

This is wonderful flashback! Last year or so, Annette and I headed out to try and meet Colin Farrell! Now, I’ve always wanted to meet Colin because I think he’s one of the best young actors working today. And now that’s he kind of cleaned up a little, I like him even more. I had a couple magazines for him and my Crazy Heart mini poster. I with Fright Night had released some images before this, but sigh… What can you do right?

Annette is a huge fan as well, so this would be a great opportunity to meet Colin. However there is a premiere on Hollywood Blvd today so… You just never know. It was a cold and windy day… But still worth heading out. This also one of those rare instances, I would rather have a photo than an autograph, so I’m crossing my fingers…

4:00 p.m. – We arrived and there are about 15 people here, not too bad. No complaints. I think that the movie premiere is keeping people away thank God!

4:15 p.m. – They just moved all of us not only to the end of the alley but also around the corner… Oh dear Lord, we’re not going to be able to see anything! Ugh…

4:21 p.m. – This is or might be a catastrophe… Oh well… He is pretaping so I’m thinking he will be in and out early… and it’s an early taping…

4:35 p.m. – Oh crap people are yelling but I can’t see a thing…Pinky is here as well… Holy crap, Colin Farrell is coming over even though he can’t see us! He is literally signing up a storm in like five seconds. I got him on my GQ magazine even though he signed it in the black… Ah well… And literally he left I don’t even remember seeing him! Doh!

4:46 p.m. – So, we’re going to wait and see if we can get Colin to come over on the way out…

4:48 p.m. – Okay, now they moved us to the regular spot at the end of the ally. A lot of people have left though, so there’s only like six of us hanging out…

5:05 p.m. – Annette walked to Hollywood Blvd. and she stepped in vomit… Ah Hollywood… Everyone’s got a dream! What’s your dream!

5:21 p.m. – I told Annette to push her boobs up, because that might help to get Colin over here… HEH HEH HEH… I really just like it when she has big boobs!

5:35 p.m. – Annette is grilling me about Jodie Foster and how she wants to meet her… lol… I told her I would place a call!

5:56 p.m. – It’s such a nice day… I love Fanboying when the weather is perfect… ah… good times….

6:11 p.m. – Usually we are waiting till like 8 but thankfully this is an early taping so we should be done soon…

6:27 p.m. – Oh crap there he is! We are yelling for him and Colin is coming right on over!

He signs my Crazy Heart poster and then is more than happy to pose for pictures as well.

I gave Annette a photo so she would have something to take home from today… Colin signs for her as well, and then does photos.

It’s great because there are only like six of us here… And he can get to everyone. Colin moves super fast but is very cool. Awesome!
