There are just some movies man… Sigh… Today’s movie poster round up is pretty damn cool though. There are some amazing titles that have just been released. Granted most of them are teaser posters, but that’s okay, if it’s a cool image I’m down with it.
First on the block is a movie no one is looking forward to… Just kidding, CB is probably like, “I love Ghost Rider” sigh… The new Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Now, I love me some vengeance demons… but Ghost Rider… Ugh… and the poster looks like a cartoon! Not that Nicholas Cage doesn’t but there isn’t one thing about this movie or poster I like.. Sigh…
Completely switching gears is the adorable poster for The Vow! It stars the uber sexy Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum. Both are super adorable! I want to pinch their cheeks! Sigh… I know this is a rom com and might be horrible… I don’t care. I’m going to see it and that’s all I have to say about that. Ah, good times…
And here we come to the new movie poster for Battleship. Why do aliens always have to be involved in movies like this. Honestly, this just seems like Transformers on the water. The trailer was horrible. This poster, not impressive. It’s Battleship… Couldn’t there have just been a battle… on… Ships? No? Grrrrrr….
Is the world ready to watch a Mel Gibson movie again? I dunno… The Beaver didn’t light the box office on fire. Yet, Mel keeps trying. Here he is in How I Spent My Summer Vacation. It looks like Mel is trying to break out of prison… Or something like that. I wonder if anyone called him sugar tits behind bars…
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol just released a new poster for the IMAX release. It’s hyper simple, but pretty cool. I like it. It’s not going to light the world on fire, but it’s a pretty neat poster.
Now, comes our first look at The Social Network’s Andrew Garfield in The Amazing Spiderman… I’m so like… Over Spider Man.. and I dunno… The untold Story? I mean like.. Really? Is there even anything left to tell let alone be untold? I don’t see it… Just saying… The poster is cool though, it’s a great teaser image.
Finally, the movie that gives CB his wet dreams, The Dark Knight Rises… Christopher Nolan always has given us really cool posters and images from his films but this one is pretty damn special. I love the broken Batman mask on the ground and Bane just walking away… Damn cool. Tom Hardy is going to kick ass… I’m just saying. I would like to see some kind of Anne Hathaway image coming out… But I can wait… I’m a patient guy!
