The Palm Springs International Film Festival! Ryan Gosling! Nicole Kidman! Andrew Garfield! Amy Adams! And More!

The Palm Springs Film Festival was last night and while it was not as star studded as it has been in past years, it’s still a lot of fun to go and spend the day.

I was lucky enough to hang with Scotty, Billy, Lindsay (and her Grim Cheaper!), and Andy.

It was a really fun time hanging out with everyone.

As arrivals started, it was looking pretty grim.

Here’s a quick rundown:

Annette Benning and Warren Beatty – They both waved and went inside. They did not come over.

Hidden Figures Cast – The only one to come over was Glen Powell. The rest of the cast ran inside.

Ruth Negga – Looked over and waved but did not come over.

Amy Adams – The first person to sign for people. She did pretty much the entire line with her @ symbol autograph.

Ryan Gosling – Didn’t sign on the way in, but because the crowd persisted he came over and id a nice majority of the line. I got him to sign a La La Land poster for me.

Andrew Garfield – was nice and came over to sign. I got him to finish my Hacksaw Ridge poster.

Nicole Kidman – She looked amazing. Came right over, signed for pretty much the line. I was able to get a photo with her (that is pending via Scotty) and she signed my Lion poster.

Dev Patel – Was really nice and signed my Lion poster as well.

Joel Edgerton – Was a surprise guest. He was really nice and came over and signed. Sadly, his pen isn’t very good. Doh.

Tom Hanks – The final arrival of the night. He walked over and counted five autographs and literally dropped the pen like it was burning his flesh. Sigh.

Natalie Portman – Didn’t even look over or wave.

Emma Stone – Was sick and did not come.

Casey Affleck – came over and signed a few, but not much before heading back across the street.

I didn’t do too bad, but in all honestly, it was more fun hanging with my friends and the laughs we had.
