Billy Beer is at it again!
This time, he was lucky enough to meet the former Ms. Johnny Depp, Amber Heard.
She is very nice to fans, I met her before and she’s very sweet.
Now, Billy had a couple photo flops at the same time,
The first one was when a grapher threw a board over his photo.
The second one, was a bit of a Flashy Mess.
And finally he got a good one! YAY!
