Photo Flops! Saturday Night Live Star Maya Rudolph Is Awesome But Pinky Just Can’t Get Her Photo Opp Right! Curses!

Oh how I love photo flops! They are just fun! This time the lovely Ms. Pinky has joined in the fun. She talks about her Photo Flop with Saturday Night Live star Ms. Maya Rudolph!

Maya is very nice and fan friendly. I’ve met her a couple times and she always is cool. However, clearly Pinky had a hard time getting that photo opp! Check out her Photo Flops below!

Hello, my lovelies. Pinky Lovejoy here to share my latest photo FAIL – one so major that as soon as it happened I think I actually said, “Well, that’s a good one for Photo Flops.” It’s sad, really, because I’m a big fan of Maya Rudolph (and all things SNL-related), but we just don’t seem to be able to take a good picture together. Well, I don’t know. I guess you can form your own opinion, but I’m not a huge fan of our first photo taken a few years ago, although technically, there’s nothing THAT wrong with it (other than her not looking much like herself and my eyes going the wrong way).

But, as I mentioned, I really like her, and the first time we met we had a full conversation and she was really cool. I so wanted to walk away with a picture that I loved. Yet…well, you can see. It’s OK. Not great. Not terrible. Just OK.

This year I saw her at the Creative Emmy Awards and was bound and determined to get a better picture with her. The problem? Well, there were a few. First, it was ridiculously hot that day, which I think just made people crazy in general. Second, when she came over, she stood like a foot away. Generally people will get somewhat close to you when you’re taking a picture, but it was even harder to get a good picture when she was so far away. Finally, I was using a different camera than I’m used to and kept cutting out my face in every picture. MAJOR FAIL! As you can see, our first picture was a disaster.

Where was she looking? Was something wrong? Why am I staring off in the distance? I somehow managed to get a re-take with her, but I’m not sure it’s any better as you can only see one of my eyes.

At least she looks good.
