Hello, my lovelies,

The world lost a true legend today when Ed Asner passed away at the age of 91. When I went to IMDb to see where it all began, I was blown away by his 770 credits! Wow! My favorite roles of his were on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Elf, and Up, but, really, I loved them all. Over the years I’ve been incredibly lucky to have met Ed Asner at various events. The first time was when my poetry was featured at an event where celebrities would read the selected poems and Ed Asner was one of the celebs there. He was so kind to me and I really appreciated the time he took speaking with me.

A few years ago we attended a charity poker event for Ed’s charity which benefitted the Ed Asner Family Center. Keith was able to play poker with the man of the hour and had such a great time.

We love you, Ed! Rest easy. R.I.P. Ed Asner. You will be missed by so many!
