Seventh Son Cast Signing! The DUDE HIMSELF Jeff Bridges! Kit Harington! Ben Barnes! Antje Traue! Autographs! Photos! And More Legendary Coolness!

One of the biggest draws for me at Comic Con was the Seventh Son autograph signing. The cast heading to the con was incredible! Jeff Bridges, Kit Harington, Ben Barnes, Antje Traue, and director Sergey Bodrov.

Now, a friend of mine has read the books and has been talking this one up for a while now. I’m pretty excited for the film and thought the trailer was pretty damn cool. Julianne Moore looked amazing! Sigh…

This was a tough one to get into. First you had to run to the Legendary booth when they tweeted a time to get the ticket, then figure out where they were lining up because I wasn’t certain that there would be time to get through everyone they passed out tickets for.

All of the MTF crew including Erica, Billy, Suddenly Susan, The Other Mike, The Wisconsin Boys, were getting ready for this one. We figured out the lineup, the procedures, etc.. and then ran over and got our places in line. Whew… We’re in a good spot.

I have to tell you, Legendary was pretty on top of it, the signing was fairly organized and on time! Say wha?

I wish they had a mini poster for this but the postcards they were signing are pretty cool. You can do a nice display with all of them mounted together.

Erica was first and we saw the cast arrive.

It’s the dude in the flesh! I love Jeff Bridges, I’m such a huge fan. I think he’s pretty damn amazing so anytime I can meet him is a thrill.

The director was very nice and personalized a card for me. They wouldn’t allow us to take pics with the cast but that’s okay.

Jeff Bridges is the coolest guy. He was just chatting away about Tron with me and said they are working on a third one but he wasn’t sure if he was going to be involved in it or not. I think he forgot he was at a signing because had to remind him to sign the card. That’s how much he was into talking with the fans. Such a cool cat man. I hope he never changes. Seriously.

Ben Barnes was also very kind. I told him how much I enjoyed the Narnia films. He was very shy though, I have to say.

Kit Harington was next and I’m a huge Game of Thrones fan much like everyone else on the planet. LOL… Again, there was no urgency during the signing and Kit pretty much chatted for a bit about the show and how thankful he is to the fans for making it the hit that it is.

Finally, there was Antje Traue at the end. I didn’t have much to say to her since I haven’t seen Man of Steel yet, (I know I know) but I hear she’s amazing it in. She was very nice and I’ll tell you, she is stunning in person. STUNNING!

This was one of the coolest signings for the con. Such a nice chill cast and props to the Legendary booth for coordinating it well. It could have been super crazy and they did a great job!
