Spirit Awards 2017! Orlando Bloom! Ruth Negga! Colin Firth! Aubrey Plaza! Terrence Howard! Freda Pinto! And More!

The 2017 Independent Spirit Awards were today, and yes I’m exhausted.

It’s hard to remember the entire day because it’s kind of a blur. Let’s just say, Billy and Scotty held the fort down while I debated for hours in the morning if I was going to leave the house.

I did end up leaving at the last minute and ransacked my house like a ferret after taking seven bumps of coke (not the canned brown beverage) pulling all the shit I could and running out the door in 10 minutes.

Feasible? not really.

Yet still I made it after swearing at everyone in traffic, flipping five people off and still internally hating the fact I would be surrounded by sand all day.

There were a lot of fun people that came over a lot of disses, but I had a good day, I admit.

Those who didn’t come over… Kate Beckinsale, Viggo Mortensen, Lucas Hedges, Janelle Monáe, Taraji P. Henson, Annette Benning, and pretty much the entire cast of Moonlight.

Highlights include:

Orlando Bloom being super awesome. Signing on the way in and out. He finished a Hobbit poster and a magazine as well.

Jesse Plemons was very cool and I was excited to get Landry to sign my Friday Night Lights poster!
