Maybe you remember Scotty’s article!
 
“Meeting Rachel McAdams
Los Angeles, CA
 
I just returned from a crazy meeting with the head of the “Plastics,” Regina George, a.k.a. Rachel McAdams. Rachel was making a talk show appearance to promote her new film. I have been working on getting cast members from “Mean Girls” to sign my DVD cover and was excited to add Rachel to it.”
 
Well… I was happy to add Rachel on my Notebook poster… I was among the few that were able to get her.
 
You could feel the crowd getting tense.
 
Before Rachel arrived, her publicist claimed that she was late and would sign after. Of course, we have heard this a million times before, but we wait patiently.
 
Time passes; Rachel zooms out and walks toward us. It was as the earth picked itself up and fell. Everyone scrambled for his or her stuff.
 

Rachel jumped from one end to another signing maybe 1-2 at a time. I begged her to sign mine… Scotty got his. As soon as he did, I sort of bobbled my poster in the mess, and she grabbed it out of my hand…
 
She gave me a wonderful signature… I proceeded to pull out Mean Girls… and she kept moving… Went back to the same side again and walked away.
 

Total of maybe 10-12 autographs. Of course, greedy as I am, I went for Mean Girls as she was pulling out. She probably tried to sign 1-2 more. The wind was violent. Slammed Palms from the tree onto her car. Within moments, she was gone….
 
Luckily, I walked out with a full signature of the one, the only, head of the “Plastics.”
