This week’s “super star” passed away this week. I am speaking about the talented Brian Dennehy. He was in one of my favorite movies of all time, Cocoon. Brian was appearing in a play in 2018 here in Los Angeles. I made sure that I did not miss Mr. Dennehy. Brian was very kind when I went to meet him at the theater. He signed both my Cocoon and my Cocoon: The Return laserdiscs. Unfortunately, when people saw me getting his signature, they all approached. At that point, his assistant led him to his car. For this reason, I was unable to get a picture of him. I am so fortunate to have had an opportunity to meet. Thank you Mr. Dennehy! You will be missed and will always be a “super star” in my book!
