Television Icon Roseanne Barr and Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul Sign Autographs For Fans! Hot!

I am heading out today, for one person and one person only, my friend Scott. See, he is a huge fan of Roseanne Barr… I know… Right? Lol… I mean he seriously watches Roseanne (the series) almost every night. Now, I like the show, I thought it was great when it was on, but I’m not going to go crazy over it now… Roseanne is promoting her new series; Roseanne’s Nuts and is doing a talk show appearance. Also on the show is Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul, but I know Aaron from Big Love! So, let’s brace ourselves and see what happens!

5:01 p.m. – Pinky and I just parked. Pinky, from Pretty In Pinky fame is hanging out with me today because she’s been jonesing to get a celeb photo because there’s been a slight draught here in LA, and cause she like Roseanne as well.

5:11 p.m. – We parked next to each other, aren’t we adorable… Neither one of us wants to be here really, but I think it’s the weather. It’s sticky and gross and I’m already in Comic Con mode… SDCC 2011 baby!

5:21 p.m. – There are like 10 people here a few paps, nothing too exciting… I have my Big Love cast poster I got started at the premiere for Aaron Paul, and a Roseanne script. I also have Scott’s Roseanne season 1 DVD.

5:34 p.m. – People should arrive soon, but I’m super hungry… ugh… I should just go get food… hmmmmmm

5:45 p.m. – Pinky is recalling all the celeb photo opps she has and I’m pretending to care. I’m also pretending I haven’t seen them all before, but that’s cause I’m such a great guy… heh heh heh…

5:48 p.m. – Oh dear the subject has turned to Molly Ringwald… I tell Pinky that she needs to give me her best, “I’m Molly Ringwald how dare you ask me for an autograph face!”

5:52 p.m. – Nope, try again Pinkster…

5:56 p.m. – Not enough, “I just smelled a bad fart because you invaded my space” face… or… “I was Andie in Pretty In Pink and you dare to address me as Ms. Ringwald, away peasant away!” That’s the face we need here!

6:02 p.m. – YES! That disdain, that sheer horror, that… That… Ringwald-ness! Perfect!

6:11 p.m. – I’m convinced one day we will get her and she will be nice!

6:22 p.m. – Something is happening now, look alive people, look alive… It’s Aaron Paul… He’s walking in and everyone is calling out for him. He is super nice. Coming right on over…

6:23 p.m. – He’s doing some quick photos and signing for everyone… I have a Breaking Bad press kit as well as the Big Love poster, but I would need to switch from black to green and I’m just not feeling aggressive today.

6:24 p.m. – Aaron Paul’s handler is taking him away now…. Super nice guy though, I’m very impressed!

6:27 p.m. – Okay one down and then I can go home…

6:34 p.m. – And there’s… a dude taking out the trash… sigh…

6:47 p.m. – Oh, wait, there’s a door… Yep, it’s Roseanne… Everyone yells for her… She waves and says something, but I can’t quite make it out… Bummer oh well. At least now Scott can see her on the way out…

6:54 p.m. – The long wait begins…

6:59 p.m. – Oh dear Pinky has pulled out her I-Pad… more celeb photo opps… “Yes, Pinky I know you’ve met Sam Trammell a thousand times…” It’s funny cause it’s true!

7:11 p.m. – Scott just arrived. He’s quite nervous. Roseanne to him is a huge deal. I mean she is like very high on his list, like my Sarah Michelle Gellar or Mary Louise Parker.

7:23 p.m. – It should be somewhat soon… There’s a dude with Whitesnake hair and maroon pants walking into the show… Really… Maroon pants? Whitesnake hair… I know they are filming Rock Of Ages, but not here buddy.

7:31 p.m. – I’m standing in water… great… a nice little mini river is cutting through the crowd… grrrrr…

7:47 p.m. – Pinky is getting chilly, I’m getting annoyed…

8:04 p.m. – Why does this just seem like torture today… usually I could care less… perhaps it’s cause I haven’t done this in so long… hmmmm….

8:11 p.m. – Oh wait… yep, that’s Ms. Roseanne… She’s leaving and everyone is yelling for her… Is she… Wow, I don’t think she’s going to do it… She’s talking to security… Oh, she’s coming over!

8:12 p.m. – Here she comes… I’m shocked so many people are this excited!
I guess she is a legend of the 1990’s… Roseanne is taking photos with people and signing a bunch of stuff… At one point she says, “I’m feeling overwhelmed.”

8:13 p.m. – One pap says something like, “Have you heard Superman and Wonder Woman are getting a divorce?” Roseanne’s reply, “Oh, I thought he was gay!” lol… What a stupid question!

8:14 p.m. – Scott gets his DVD signed and I get my script signed, and then I say, “Roseanne can you please take a photo with my friend. He’s your biggest fan.” It was like everything stopped. Roseanne said, “Sure” So I got Scott in there so he could get his picture. Pinky got her photo, Me… Nadda…. I asked for a photo and then Roseanne said, I think I should go… “I was like… okay, lol… I’m more than happy that Scott got his photo and his DVD signed, and it was super nice of her to come by and sign stuff for her fans. It was a very nice thing, and I’m content!
