Hello, my lovelies. Pinky Lovejoy-Coogan here looking forward to the new year. For today’s Manic Monday, I thought we’d take a look back at one of the blockbuster movies of our time, Titanic.

In the past few weeks, I had the opportunity to meet both Leonardo DiCaprio AND Kate Winslet, so the timing couldn’t be more perfect. Of course, I didn’t quite factor Leo’s height in my photo quest….so, I’m afraid the picture is a major photo fail. Still, I think you can tell it’s him by his strong chin (right?).

Hopefully one day I’ll see him again, but this was only the second time I’ve ever seen him in person and the first time I’ve been so close to him. To say the security was tough would be the understatement of the year, so I’m actually pleased I got anything at all.

Kate, on the other hand, was not as ridiculously guarded and a bit easier to get to.

Both Kate and Leo were quite lovely, though, at their respective Q&As. It was a nice surprise! When I was thinking of putting together an article about Titanic, I had to think about the rest of the cast members I’ve met over the years…how could I leave them out? I loved the movie and never get tired of watching it. I hope you all have a fantastic new year!
